You guys! Rational?? 1/2 of these are not supported by actual science and are pushed by new age clinics and they prevent people from addressing the actual issues. Why are people gaining weight and not losing it? Simple: you can buy beef sausage rolls while you queue to register your car, and people drive 800 metres to the grocery store. In a nutshell, they eat too much then don’t exercise. Don’t sell this woo to people!
